Admin Intern Location: Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur Allowance: RM800/month Overtime Claim Available Opportunity for Permanent Placement Internship Responsibilities As an Admin Intern, you will gain practical experience in financial and administrative tasks, including: i. Accounts Receivable & Payable Support • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records • Verify and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy in financial reporting ii. Bank Reconciliation & Financial Reporting • Assist in reconciling bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies • Support the finance team in updating ledgers and maintaining financial accuracy • Help prepare monthly reports, including cash flow tracking and budget summaries iii. Aging Report Preparation • Assist in generating aging reports for accounts receivable to monitor overdue payments • Work with the team to follow up on outstanding invoices and document collection progress iv. Document Filing & Record Management • Organize and maintain financial documents, contracts, and client records • Ensure compliance with internal filing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes v.
