Job Descriptions:
- Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competencyof sales representatives.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet company objectives as wellas other goals.
- Analyze market movement and prepare detailed report to provide insight to bettermarketing opportunity.
- Deliver excellent service including dealing with customer queries and complaintsto ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with different departments in planning and execution of in-storeevents.
- Monitor and maintain store operation closely to drive operation excellence.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in retail industry field is added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
