We are running projects to design, develop, install, commission, and maintain satellite ground receiving station systems, weather radar systems, and relevant infrastructure. We also offer project management and consultancy services in the space sector and market products and solutions that currently include remote sensing satellite imagery, space-based maritime vessel tracking, and meteorological radiosondes.
Job Description:
- Reporting to Finance & Accounts Manager.
- Deliver accurate and timely billing for the business customers.
- Ensure the accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
- Liaise with customers on overdue payment.
- Ensure operational documents from relevant departments are prepared timely to support the billings.
- Support month end close of books on a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
- Ensure monthly salary and commission for drivers are distributed timely and accurately.
- Preparation of monthly sales report for management review.
- Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management / head of department
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting / recognized Professional qualification or equivalent
2. Proficient with SQL Accounting Software.
3. Possess minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Priority will be given to those with working experience in the related field.
4. Written and oral proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Good computer literacy and excellent in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
6. Own transport and willing to travel when required.
7. Knowledge and skills in project management is advantageous.
8. Able to work independently but good in team work.
9. High potential for professional growth.
