  • Progress Monitoring: Track site progress against the project schedule and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management.
  • Resource Management: Plan and manage the use of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials effectively to minimize downtime and wastage.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical issues or delays on-site promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Client Communication: Act as a site-level liaison with clients or consultants during site visits or progress discussions.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to site activities, including inspections, handovers, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of site operation or project management experience in the engineering industry.
  • Previous experience in the marine engineering industry are bonus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of marine engineering practices, task and site safety.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to site challenges.
