We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance and Audit Executive to join our team in the Powder Beverages Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our powder beverage products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines. You will also play a critical role in conducting internal and external audits, assessing compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within our production and quality assurance systems.

As a key member of our quality team, you will help maintain the integrity of our product line, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement efforts across our production processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Develop Quality manuals, standard operating procedures(SOPs), and documentation (Quality).

2. Manage internal/External Auditing and Compliance including maintaining records, (SOPs) and quality.

3. Perform product testing and validation as evaluate products quality attributes (taste, appearance, texture etc).

4. Conduct Risk Mitigation as develop plans for risk assessment by following (SOPs) and protocols.

5. Managed Quality Assurance Documentation & Reporting by conducted analysis on data.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Possesses at least a bachelor in Food Technologist / Food Science or equivalent.

2. Must have experience in Quality Assurance (Food industry).

3. At least 1/2 years experience in Powdered Beverages industry.

4. Knowledge and experienced on Internal/external audit (GMP,HALAL,MESTI,HACCP,ISO 22000 : 2018)

5. Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and all level of staff.

6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

7. Able to work in team.

8. Willing to work in Sungai Petani.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
