  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary of the position

  • Responsible for the preventive, corrective and opportunity execution scope's. e.g: Execution Maintenance of industrial equipment’s, installations, and assembly of these in order to guarantee that their availability and reliability is in line with the needs of the production.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Five (5) years working experience as a mechanical technician in maintenance; or Eight (8) years working experience with SAP knowledge

Job Description

  • Perform maintenance activities to ensure the availability of equipment’s and be compliance to production requirements.
  • Fulfil the process flow of breakdowns, task handovers and reporting in the various media required
  • To be compliance to opportunity scopes planned by Maintenance Civil and Structure, And Planning department.
  • To participate in planning maintenance shutdowns upon required by supervisor.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the safety, health, quality and environmental standards and policy.
  • Assure the correct usage of the available resources in order to ensure that execution of correction maintenance is achieved as targeted with safety as the first priority.
  • Should raise maintenance notification (MN) to related department as feedback on equipment’s condition through observation and data collection in order to be planned and executed.
  • Contribute to detection, report and elimination of abnormalities in the execution process through control of the process variables.
  • Attend breakdown and execute troubleshoot.
  • Repair or fix breakdown and damages.
  • Liaise with contractor for breakdown support.
  • To be compliance on tools management and reporting to immediate supervisor in the events of mishaps.
  • To be compliance on daily toolbox meeting and internal movement that been arranged by Supervisor.
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions, additional and others related task when requested by Immediate Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seri Manjong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
