Job Summary

The Business Development and Township Branding Manager will spearhead growth initiatives and elevate the brand identify of our township projects. This dual-focus role involves identifying strategic opportunities for expansion while crafting compelling narratives that position our developments as aspirational destination. The ideal candidate will blend analytical business acumen with creative branding expertise to drive revenue, partnerships, and market visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, partnership, and investment opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Forge relationships with investors, government bodies, contractors, and community leaders to secure approvals and collaborations.
  • Proposal Development: Create business plans, pitch decks, and ROI analyses to present to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive pre-launch sales, leasing agreements, and anchor tenant acquisitions for township projects.

2. Township Branding:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute branding strategies that differentiate township as sustainable, lifestyle-driven communities.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, event) to enhance visibility and buyer engagement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce brochures, videos and virtual tours that highlight USP.
  • Community Building: Organize events and initiatives to foster a sense of belonging among residents and stakeholders.
  • Digital Presence: Optimize website, SEO, and social media to amplify brand reach and lead generation.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with teams (Sales, Design, Legal) to align branding and development timelines.
  • Liaise with PR agencies, media, and influencers to secure positives coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, branding, or marketing within real estate/ property development. Proven success in township/large-scale projects.
  • Skills:

- Strategic planning and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), data analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of sustainability trends and urban planning regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
