Revenue Growth and Business Development:

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
  • Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive revenue growth.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with current operation offices in Melaka, Puchong, Kulim, and Penang to achieve and exceed sales targts.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical and operations, to ensure alignment and support.

Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new markets and sectors for expansion.• Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and service development.

Product/Service Development:

  • Provide feedback to product and service development teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new solutions and services.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and develop plans to differentiate our offerings.

Sales Process Improvement:

  • Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.

Language required: English and Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
