Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
- Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive revenue growth.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with current operation offices in Melaka, Puchong, Kulim, and Penang to achieve and exceed sales targts.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical and operations, to ensure alignment and support.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market analysis to identify new markets and sectors for expansion.• Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product and service development.
Product/Service Development:
- Provide feedback to product and service development teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new solutions and services.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze competitor strategies and develop plans to differentiate our offerings.
Sales Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
Language required: English and Mandarin

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
