Quality & QMS Manager (High Precision/Manufacturing))

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) with full compliance to ISO 9001 standards and customer-specific requirements. • Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organization using Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies. • Plan and conduct internal audits; lead external and customer audits as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. • Oversee root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. • Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and control plans to ensure robust manufacturing processes. • Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and training materials. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure product quality and continuous improvement. • Monitor key quality metrics and drive actions to achieve and sustain high performance in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is required. • Certified in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and/or Lean Manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of QMS principles, tools, and techniques (FMEA, CAPA, RCA, etc.). • At least 5 years of quality management experience in a high-precision manufacturing or engineering environment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
