Job Responsibilities (not limited to) : • Involved in general admin functions and provide administrative support to any personnel or areas deemed suited by the Management • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. • Data entry and maintenance the filling system and documents. • Prepare monthly reports. • Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings • Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate • Update general ledger and payroll files • Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules • Monitor paid and unpaid leaves • Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions • Answer employee questions concerning payroll • Handles daily accounting matters such as purchase order, tax invoices, claims, etc. • Maintains and updates in a timely and accurate manner the books of accounts and record accounting record assigned. Job Requirements: • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or relevant field • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. • Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll • Excellent knowledge of SQL account and MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email) • Previous experience as a payroll accountant or in a similar role is a plus. • Attention to detail • Effective work organization skills and ability to work with minimum supervision • High organized, systematic and process orientated personality • Positive and self-motivated working attitude • Excellent in time management, problem solving, multitasking skills & able to work under pressure • Candidates who are able to work independently and having good interpersonal skill are welcome to join our team!
