Injection Molding Maintenance

Responsible in executing EQM plant for all production tools, fixtures, equipment and machine and improvement of production tools, fixtures, equipment and machine. • Plan and organize carefully the working process to produce goods and workmanship of high quality. • Execute EQM for all production tools, fixtures, equipment and machine. • Ensure all machinery and equipment is at highest availability and efficient operating conditions. • Attend to all break downs of all equipment and carry out professional repair. • Liaise with production supervisor when tools, equipment and machinery need repair or maintenance and ensure downtime in production is minimum. • Report break down to superior for immediate action. • Report spare part required in daily morning within department. • Propose and verify improvement plans for all production tools, fixtures, equipment and machine. • Maintain machine parameter for production. • Carry out layout activities. • Backup all Technicians in department in case of manpower shortage. • Discuss with superior ideas to get the process done more effectively and efficiently. • Observe and train all employees in proper handling of machines and equipment, and also explain their functions, uses and safety measures to observe. • Ensure safe working methods are adopted at all times and caution all employees against unsafe act. • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Head of Department / Superior.
