Own the solution: Engage with customers throughout their journey from installation to live deployment. You will work with your customer to understand their pain points and how they want to gain value using CluedIn. Work with the wider Services team to understand customer requirements, analyse Customer requirements from a functional and technical perspective and size the work together with the Delivery Managers. You will delegate tasks effectively, and ensure high-quality installations and configurations tailored to customer needs. • Guide the customer: Provide technical guidance to our customers and promote CluedIn best practices. You will be able to course correct if a customer is not following best practices and work with them to find common ground. • Work with the customer: Proactively communicate and update task status on projects, proactively raise risks to the Delivery Manager, and take these through to the right people either with the customer or at CluedIn. • Enable the customer: Provide comprehensive demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders ensuring the Customer can see themselves sown the solution going forward. • Collaboration: Work across the Services team (Infrastructure, Implementation, Support and Customer Success) and the company to provide feedback and log impediments and find solutions for your customers. • Upskilling: Responsible for own upskilling in CluedIn, this includes keeping up to date with new versions of the product and the underlying product technologies. • Documentation & Processes: Work with the customer to document the solution design and define the best functional and technical solution. Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments and feedback on the product to internal teams Technical Requirements (Must Have): • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on implementing customer projects • Good knowledge of SQL • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory • Familiarity with REST API • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Stack (especially in data management aspect) • Basic knowledge around computing platform such as Jupyter notebook is a plus • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms or data management solutions • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Knowledge of Azure (ASB, Event, Fabric, Purview) • Experience with Kafka/Azure Service Bus (or equivalent event streaming platform) or Event stream processing pattern (ESP) a bonus • Experience in C# would be a plus
