- Provide Exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues across multiple communication channels (email, phone, social media, live chat).
- Manage Office Supplies, Equipment, and Facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and manage Essential Documentation such as invoices, quotations, and other related paperwork.
- Maintain Accurate Records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Offer Back-End Support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations Teams to drive Business Growth and Efficiency.
- Proficient in English for both Written and Verbal Communication.
- Qualification: Diploma (or equivalent).
- Highly Responsible, Punctual, and Proactive in handling tasks.
- Solid Computer Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic software tools.
- Strong Organizational Skills with Keen Attention to Detail to ensure accurate work.
- Ability to Work Both Independently and As Part of a Team.
- Candidates must have skills and knowledge in Administrative Skills, Microsoft Office, Communication and Attention to Details.
