General Manager of Digital Wallet (eM-ONEi)

This key person must have the following criteria: • Will focus on the Bangladeshi target markets mainly to promote our e-monei products and remittance. • A confident professional willing to undertake an overall responsibility of the entire operations in the company including guiding, leading & overseeing the day to day work activities of staff working in the firm Lead the products team to product development and marketing • Decide, in consultation of the Board of Directors, about the operational, financial and administration policies and strategies for the company according to the prevailing situation, the benchmark and the competitors in the market. • Manage Product Life Cycle, Continuous Market and Competitor Study. • Must be well verse in Money Services Business (MSB) and BNM rules and regulation. • Propose and recommend new products and services matching the nature of business of the company by defining a clear business plan and steps for the implementation. • Develop product strategy and roadmaps based on anticipation of regulatory changes, analysis of competitive offerings, client needs and its business objectives. • Development of sales & profit targets and objectives to support the business and its operations / expansion, taking into consideration the economic conditions and other factors Encourage the team to arrange new remittance relationship with Banks and Financial Institutions with local and International Banks and money transfer products. • Provide compelling leadership for a team of professionals with the FinTECH management. • Be up to date with all of the latest financial developments, not only with the country s economy, but also with other countries. • Building and maintaining a positive relationship with its stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Vendors and Government Agencies) to support the achievement of its strategic objectives. Job Requirement: • Degree holder or above with major in Finance Administration, Business Administration or related disciplines • At least 5 Years of experience in a remittance money transfer Company, with a minimum of 4 years work experience as a Manager Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements Experience in payment products (E-Money, Remittance/Micro ATM/MEPS) and new product development initiatives Management capacity, self-initiated, analytical-minded, and • able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule be a good team-player, proactive and self-motivated • Good risk management and compliance awareness • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written in Bangladeshi languages. • Applicants must be willing to work in Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
