OUTLET ASSISTANT MANAGER OLDTOWN WHITE COFFEE

Job Summary: Old Town White Coffee, located at Menara PERKESO Putrajaya, is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient and profitable running of the outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: -Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy -Manage and oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting -Ensure that the outlet maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene, and that all equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition -Train and supervise staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels, and prepare regular reports for management -Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer traffic, including promotions, events, and social media campaigns -Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner -Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Requirements: -At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, preferably in the F&B industry -Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management or a related field -Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff -Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience -Good understanding of inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting -Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks -Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Salary: The minimum basic salary for this position is RM 2,400 with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and overtime based on requirement.
