CNC Engineer

Tasks: 1) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). 2) Managing the CNC processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP. 3) To correcting, prevent or reduce undesired effects to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process. 4) To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure data are recorded accurately. 5) To collaborate with the Project/Engineering Team to optimize tooling and fixturing for improved efficiency and quality. 6) Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. 7) To involve in supplier audits to assess and improve quality performance. 8) To maintain proper filling for all respective document. 9) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS. 10) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required. 11) Able to work overtime as and when required. Minimum Requirements: 1) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in CNC. 2) Ability to operate CNC machine independently. 3) Basic knowledge of G&M code (M0s, M01s) 4) Be able to judge and solve tool wear and offset in machining process. 5) Can use a variety of measuring tools (Micrometre, Height gauge, Gauge block, Vernier) 6) Knowledgeable in trouble shooting machine. 7) Sense of urgency. 8) Experience in Mold making industry will be advantage. 9) Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is an added advantage.
