We are looking for a proactive and well-mannered individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive. Your main tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels and assisting them with product selection and after-sales support
  • Managing key sales administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, collecting payments, and preparing order details
  • Supporting general office operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows
  • Approaching and engaging with potential new customers through online platforms to expand our market reach
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Experience in online sales and customer service is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role
