Job Summary The PMO Executive – Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects managed by the Technical - PMO. The role emphasizes coordination between departments, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that site-related civil works are well-understood and executed in line with client requirements. This role suits candidates with a background in civil engineering and a passion for project coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the implementation of projects from initiation to completion. Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor and update project timelines, schedules, deliverables, and resources using PM tools. Attend site visits to understand site conditions and assist in ensuring proper execution of civil works. Review and interpret architectural/civil drawings and advise the team accordingly. Track and escalate any delays, non-compliances, or issues related to civil works at project sites. Assist in preparing project documentation including work schedules, progress reports, and minutes of meetings. Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. Support the PMO in maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project documentation and filing systems in compliance with ISO requirements. Requirements 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related civil/technical roles. 2. Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and site practices. Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools Strong problem-solving attitude and proactive approach. 3. Other: Willing to travel to project sites as needed. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
