Key Responsibilities: - Administration: Handle Company Secretary (COSEC) tasks by preparing and filing required documents on time. Work with external parties (e.g., company secretaries, regulators, lawyers) and internal teams to coordinate paperwork and keep everything in order. - Human Resources: Process payroll, maintain employee records (e.g., leave, attendance), draft HR documents such as contracts, and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures. - Accounting: : Perform data entry for financial transactions, assist in updating financial records, and support the preparation of basic reports. Help track payments to suppliers and compile documentation for audits or reconciliations as directed by the team. Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field. - Min 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an investment or corporate environment. - Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). - Good at organizing, managing time, and prioritizing tasks. - Strong communicator and team player. - Trustworthy, detail-focused, and able to keep information confidential..
