  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DESCRIPTIONS  Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our customers  Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products and after sales services  Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies  Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes in policies  Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following to processes  Assist the sales team in managing schedules, documentation and follow-up  Prepare quotation, proposal and sales report  Maintain accurate records of sales transaction and client communication  Monitor and track sales performance metrics  Liaise closely with Technical department for any installation / maintenance appointment  Ensure all technical and maintenance problem issues is handled in a timely manner  Assist in letter /email blasting  Assist in prepare the marketing related matters  Any other related work assigned by superior REQUIREMENTS  SPM or school leavers are welcome to apply  Familiar with MS Office and email functions  Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills  Able to multi-task and handle pressure  Strong email communication skills is an advantage  Training shall be provided if necessary  Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, self-discipline and dedicate to work  Preferably able to join immediately or short notice  Required to work on shift, on weekends and Public Holidays Work Hours : 2 shifts (8.00am – 5.00pm & 1.00pm – 10.00pm) Work Location : HQ, One Ampang Business Avenue (Opposite Ampang Point/Grand Barakah Hotel)
