Regional Payroll Specialist

Job Descriptions : - Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free - Part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries - Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Philippines - Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations - Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits - Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports - Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.) - Maintain data updates in HR information systems - Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation - Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training Requirements : - Experiences in Regional Payroll
