Job Summary Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the mall’s services, amenities, store locations, and promotional activities. Providing outstanding customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Managing both physical and digital shopper inquiries, feedback, and complaint cases efficiently. Generating monthly summary reports on customer interactions and resolutions. Facilitating effective inter-departmental collaboration to address operational issues. Conducting guided tours for generic familiarization group trips, presenting and introducing the mall’s offerings. Duties & Responsibilities A. Operation Duties Attend to tenant and customers on all enquiries, complaints/feedback, and problems with positive attitude and effective communication skills; ensure these are resolved quickly and tactfully. Assist customers in providing directions, information, answering questions. To maintain good rapport with all tenants and educate them about all the promotional activities. Ensure cleanliness and proper management of counters, service equipment and accurate inventory control. Attend to VIP and special guest arrival. Coordination with relevant department i.e, Security, Marketing and Building Services on cleanliness, building condition and etc. Ensure announcements made through the PA system are accurate, clear and consistent. Handle MBE Design Village daily works. Assist digital marketing team handle personal shopper enquiries, purchase and process order. B. Administrative Duties To conduct all services and administrative functions of the Customer Service Centre. Ensure company policies / procedures are adhered to. Oversee accurate inventory control and maintenance of the department’s equipment and stocks. Daily report are recorded accurately and timely. Any emergencies are to be reported to Superior. Monthly summary reports on customer interactions and resolutions C. Inter-department Duties Assist Marketing department in distribution of Memo or other related document to tenants. Assist Marketing Department in conducting events and ensure that clients are adhere to the Promotion guidelines. Follow-up with the respective departments on incidents, mall defect or tenants’ operation issues. Other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
