Responsibilities Service Team - Open call tickets. - Issuing quotations of spare parts upon Engineers requests and e-mail to customers. - Follow up with customers' PO. - Order spares parts after received the PO from customers. - To update service engineers on the spare parts availability, leadtime and delivery status. - Issue picking notes, delivery orders for parts to be withdrawn for Service Engineers. - Arrange delivery of parts to customers. - Upon receiving Service Report, will key in labour & travel hours to excel file and then export to Iscala. - Issue job completed acceptance and email to customers. - Upon receiving POs and JCA acknowledgement, will process service invoices. - Request logistic to order warranty parts for customers. - Ensure all withdrawn parts are billed and all parts returned are physical received. - Post invoices to customers weekly - Scan & safe softcopy of all documents to z drive. - Filing Logistic Support - Receiving & check incoming stock during absence of logistics personnel. Finance & Admin Support - Assist in emailing Statement of Account to customers monthly To perform additional duties assigned as and when required.
