Job Description • Assist Front Office Manager to oversee the operations of the front desk, concierge and reservations and guest service department. • Ensures smooth relationships between staff and guests. • Resolves problems arising from guest complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Be responsible for inspects rooms assigned for VIPs and inform Housekeeping and Maintenance of any needs for repairs, cleaning and others. • Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to achieve a high standard of guest services. • Assist in prepare incident/ daily operation report. • Be familiar with the hotel’s procedure, property management system, services and policies. • Train and supervise Front Office staffs including front desk, reservation and concierge. • Answer guest inquiries and assist them with their service needs and requests. • Undertake any other duties as required by the Management. Job Qualification • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor or others related field. • Has 4-5 years experiences in Front Office department, with 2 years in supervisory position. • Good knowledge for Property Management System - Opera will be advantages • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities. • Able to write incident / daily operation report. • High efficiency, energetic, independent and able to work in a fast-pace changing environment.
