SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Instructor to train and develop our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating field sales training programs that enhance the performance and effectiveness of sales professionals. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Sales Training & Development: i.Design and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to field sales professionals. ii.Provide on-the-ground coaching to improve selling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer handling. iii.Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and sales simulations. iv.Train new hires and upskill existing sales employees. 2.Field Coaching & Performance Evaluation: i.Accompany sales representatives on client visits to observe, mentor, and provide real-time feedback. ii.Identify skill gaps and provide personalized coaching to enhance sales effectiveness. iii.Develop assessment tools to measure training impact and sales performance. 3.Sales Strategy & Best Practices: i.Teach advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. ii.Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies. iii.Ensure alignment with company sales processes and objectives. 4.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: i.Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on sales team progress. ii.Gather feedback from trainees and sales managers to refine training programs. iii.Stay updated with the latest sales methodologies and industry’s best practices REQUIREMENTS 1.Bachelor In Business Administration, Sales or any related Field. 2.Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales, Marketing or any job related. 3.Experiences as Team or Sales Leader is an advantage.
