Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media. • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and proposing solutions. • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. • Coordinate sales eort with team members and other departments to ensure a collaborative approach to sales. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. • Continuously improve through feedback and own initiative. • Prepare reports on sales activities, including follow-up and closing rates. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business development.
