Business Development Executive in Vehicle Subscription

Location: Jalan SIP 1, Suria Industrial Park, 43900 Sepang, Selangor Company: Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd (Brand: DOOS) About Us: DOOS, under Jalal Creative Solution Sdn Bhd, is a leading car rental platform in Malaysia, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable transportation solutions. We started with 2 vehicles and bootstrapped our way to have more than 200 vehicles in our platform now. We are excited to launch a new vehicle subscription program, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive Vehicle Subscription Manager to lead and manage this exciting initiative. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and help manage the company’s subscription program, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to grow the subscription program, including marketing, pricing, and customer acquisition. • Manage the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and inventory control. • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and payment tracking for leasing customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. • Monitor and analyze performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle leasing in Malaysia. • Collaborate with the marketing teams to promote the leasing program and achieve business targets. • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective fleet management. • Train and supervise team members involved in the leasing program operations. ________________________________________ Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, leasing, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of vehicle leasing operations, including legal and regulatory requirements in Malaysia. • Proven experience in dealing with clients and partners. • Some experience and knowledge in understanding vehicle conditions and their maintenance schedule. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. ________________________________________ Why Join Us? • Be part of a dynamic and innovative company in the car rental industry. • Opportunity to lead and shape a new leasing program from the ground up. • Collaborative and supportive work environment. • Competitive salary and benefits package. ________________________________________ How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and a cover letter to [email protected] with the subject line “BD Vehicle Subscription – [Applicant Name]”.
