Network Security Analyst

Develop and maintain device hardening standards Deliver network compliance reports Monitor the company’s intrusion detection systems Prepare detailed reports regarding intrusions and events Assess and analyze anomalous network and system activity Deploy and administer network access control lists, firewall rule sets, VPNs, and NACs Maintain in-house compliance monitoring systems using scripting and an SQL interface Identify and implement improvements to our network assessment processes Develop a logging pipeline for new security appliances Review connectivity requests to ensure compliance with in-house and external policies Consult with internal IT groups regarding security when implementing new and existing network technologies Troubleshoot client issues related to security Serve as a subject matter expert on securing network systems Research and assess new sources of threat intelligence and threat actors in order to improve our security protections
