EXECUTIVE - SM ENGAGEMENT AND CONTENT CREATOR (NATIVE HINDI) The Responsibilities of the Role: - • The Marketing Executive at Amezcua Wellness is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. • Develop, implement, and manage daily marketing activities, including creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and blog posts. • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. • Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, copy, and multimedia content for marketing materials and campaigns. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales support tools that drive lead generation and conversion. • Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO optimization, and online advertising efforts. • Plan, organize, and execute events, such as product launches, webinars, and trade shows, to engage customers and promote the brand. • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, media partners, and industry professionals to expand brand reach and credibility. • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives. • Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with various departments, including product development, customer service, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives. The Requirements for the Role: - • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Excellent command of spoken and written Native Hindi & English. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness, health, or lifestyle industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages target audiences. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Creative and innovative thinker, with a strong understanding of branding and consumer behavior. • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners. • Experience in marketing for a wellness or health-related brand. • Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and tools. • Experience in organizing and executing events, such as product launches and trade shows.
