Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall management of our manufacturing plant’s infrastructure, machinery, and utilities. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the continuous improvement of the plant facilities to support production goals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems. • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and external contractors; provide training and performance evaluations. • Plan and oversee facility renovations, upgrades, and new equipment installations. • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, expenses, and procurement of parts, supplies, and services. • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify risks, hazards, and maintenance needs. • Coordinate emergency repairs promptly to minimize impact on production. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) teams to align maintenance activities with operational priorities. • Develop and maintain strong vendor and service provider relationships. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in facilities and maintenance management within a manufacturing • Good verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
