Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible to assist in development planning matters. This would include but not limited to, appointment of consultants, concept study, marketing feasibility study and preliminary drawings. 2. Responsible to assist in matters relating to development approvals. This would include but not limited to, all drawings, document approvals and miscellaneous related issues throughout the project cycle. 3. Responsible to assist in matters relating to licensing by local authorities. 4. Responsible to assist in matters relating to post development activities. This would include but not limited to, OC approval matters, land matters and the handing over of common facilities to MC or local authorities. 5. Responsible to liaise with consultants and relevant parties to ensure that timely and correct drawings are submitted in accordance to planned schedule. 6. Responsible to check, verify and ensure that all drawings are in accordance to the approved plan before forwarding the said drawings for BOD’s endorsement. 7. Accountable to thoroughly check drawing dimensions and related to ensure accuracy and in accordance to plan. Responsible for cost analysis, VO and structural integrity calculation. 8. Responsible to distribute timely and correctly approved drawings to main contractor. Coordinates and ensures that all Projects are in accordance to approved timelines. 9. Implement innovative ideas that guarantee optimum operations. 10. Responsible to ensure that all works under your charge are achieved and in accordance to the development program. 11. Ensure that all development technical issues are resolved. You are expected to ensure full usage of all resources to minimize wastage. 12. Constantly look into improvement of workflow, work efficiency, development quality and development innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective methods in the maintenance of the development. 13. Provide all necessary input into the planning and development of projects undertaken by the Company. C. Job Task:- 1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:- a) the specified policies and procedures b) the requirements of ISO 2. Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action(s). 3. Work together with departments, related business entities and corporate bodies to further enhance the net profitability in the Company’s operations. 4. Ensure outgoing motivation and training of all employees under your charge. Motivate employees in order to maximize productivity. 5. Responsible to distribute timely and correctly approved drawings to main contractor. Coordinates and ensures that all Projects are in accordance to approved timelines. 6. Implement innovative ideas that guarantee optimum operations. 7. Identify, set, implement operations standards for assignment(s) under your charge. 8. Responsible to ensure that all works under your charge are achieved and in accordance to the development program. 9. Ensure that all development technical issues are resolved. You are expected to ensure full usage of all resources to minimize wastage. 10. Constantly look into improvement of workflow, work efficiency, development quality and development innovation. Focus on better and more cost effective methods in the maintenance of the development. 11. Provide all necessary input into the planning and development of projects undertaken by the Company. 12. Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company. 13. Attend training as and when required by the Management. 14. Performs all other scope of works and / or responsibilities which can vary, time-to-time, as instructed by the Management. 15. Performs all other duties other than the above when requested by the Management. 16. In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
