We are seeking dedicated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant and bar team. You will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for food and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. Ensure the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment are clean and organized at all times. Wash dishes, pots, and pans manually or using a dishwasher. Maintain proper food storage and labeling as per food safety regulations. Help with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries. Dispose of kitchen waste according to restaurant policies. Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the chef or supervisor. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy periods. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment. Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and organizational skills.
