1. Accountable for post contract management for all projects undertaken by the company. 2. Monitoring of materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts. 3. Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department on payment related matters, monitoring of monthly projection of cash flow and reporting for all on-going projects. 4. Take lead in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contract administration duties related to Contract and Quantity Surveyor. Handle all contractual correspondences relating to project. 5. Advising project team on contractual implication of events at site. 6. Monitor on amendments to the scope of works and contributions of the contract, variation order and apply an extension of time if necessary. 7. Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and to recommend contractor’s valuations. 8. Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender, drawings, bill of quantities for all disciplines and cost estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims and etc. 9. Liaison with client, consultant, suppliers and sub-contractors. 10. Attend meeting with clients and sub-contractors. 11. Any other duties/tasks assigned from time to time.
