Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the engineering team in new product introduction (NPI) from customer concept through to full-scale production, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. • Oversee end-to-end NPD (New Product Development) processes to ensure robust design, manufacturability, and timely delivery. • Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) policies. • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. • Drive continuous improvement in molding processes, tooling, and productivity. • Act as a key liaison with customers to understand technical requirements and provide timely engineering support. • Develop technical capability within the team and ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and global best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline). • Proven leadership experience in injection molding and NPI/NPD within a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and customer-specific requirements. • Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills. • Experience in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environment is preferred.
