Process Technician (Sub Assembly - Wafer & Optical)

Job Responsibilities: • Execute sub-assembly processes, ensuring adherence to procedures. • Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment for efficient production. • Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and maintain accurate documentation. • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and collaborate on process improvements. • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations. • Control process monitor yield and present to customer. • Make standard WI and VA for support operator. • Setup machine and new model for support production. • Training technician and operator in process. Job Requirements: • Diploma required; technical certification or an associate degree would be an added advantage. • Experience in sub-assembly within electronics manufacturing. • Strong technical skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Flexibility for shift work, including evenings and weekends. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
