Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant & High Ticket Deal Closer to join our team. This role combines the strategic elements of sales consulting with the tactical focus required to close high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a proven ability to close sales in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively Identify & Generate New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct thorough research and prospecting to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads effectively to ensure focus on high-value opportunities.

Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations that clearly highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Tailor presentations based on the specific needs of each client.

Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Make proactive outbound sales calls to engage potential customers, promote offerings, and drive product/service adoption.
  • Follow up on initial inquiries to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Customer Needs Analysis & Tailored Recommendations:

  • Analyze the needs of potential clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Provide personalized recommendations that align with their goals and solve specific problems.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate competitive pricing structures, contract terms, and agreements to successfully close sales transactions.
  • Use effective negotiation techniques to overcome objections and close high-value deals.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Track and measure personal performance against sales KPIs and take proactive steps to meet or surpass goals.

CRM Documentation:

  • Accurately document all customer interactions, opportunities, and updates within the CRM system.
  • Ensure all lead and client information is up-to-date and properly managed in the system.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Timely Follow-ups with Leads:

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with all leads to ensure satisfaction, resolve any outstanding matters, and close the sale.
  • Keep a structured follow-up schedule to maintain communication with prospects and customers.

Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to stay competitive in the market.
  • Regularly review competitors’ strategies and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with other departments to improve product offerings.

Sales Performance Reports & KPIs:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, targets, and KPIs to management regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results and adjust tactics as needed to achieve targets.

Handling Customer Objections:

  • Effectively handle customer objections with professionalism and confidence to drive sales closure.
  • Apply advanced negotiation techniques to overcome challenges and close deals successfully.

Contract Finalization & Onboarding:

  • Facilitate contract finalization, manage all required documentation, and guide customers through the onboarding and payment processes.
  • Ensure clients are well-prepared for the post-sale experience and understand all necessary steps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always mandatory.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 5 years of proven sales experience, customer service, or retail experience.
  • Courses or classes in sales, marketing, or business
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-value or high-ticket deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
