Job Description- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and documents for auditors, tax agents, etc.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and staff claims.
- Support the organization of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all company documents are properly filed and organized.
Job Requirement- Minimum have 3 years of working experience related with accounting
