Job Description

  • Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports and documents for auditors, tax agents, etc.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and staff claims.
  • Support the organization of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure all company documents are properly filed and organized.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum have 3 years of working experience related with accounting
