  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and Quantity Surveying software
