We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative cum Personal Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and personal tasks for a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
Administrative Support:
- Manage executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Support general office management and liaise with vendors or service provider
Personal Assistant
- Assist with personal errands and tasks (e.g., appointments, travel bookings, event planning)
- Manage personal calendar and family schedules if needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Perform occasional household coordination (e.g., deliveries, home maintenance scheduling)
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills required: Document Editing, Office Management
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
