We wish to invite suitable qualified candidates to fill up the following positions in our companies: Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering Electrical or equivalent. At least 2-5 years of working experience with TNB Substation Project or in the related field. Required Skill(s): Good knowledge electrical engineering, maintenance sequences, AutoCAD, and MS office. Willing to learn, passionate, and have the strength to handle the workload. Job Responsibilities 1 (Tendering/Bidding) To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications; To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review; To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers; To assist the commercial department in cultivating a good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers; To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission; To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission; To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions; To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with the customer’s tender requirements. Job Responsibilities 2 To update work progress on-site, prepare and submission the documentations of report to the client and project manager. Facilitates architecture and structural reviews and be in charge of quality cost and delivery of projects. Attend site meetings, discussions and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors. To attend as a qualified Permit Holder for the site program. To supervise subcontractor works in accordance to drawing. Assist project manager to liaise with the authorities for the smooth implementation of works. Coordinate work on-site with other contractors when required. Handle site management, work coordination and inspection, testing and commissioning. Ensure timely implementation, completion and handover of project. To prepare and submit the purchase requisition according to the quantity taking-off estimation. To perform other duty as and when required by the Management/HOD.
