Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles, with strong skills in bookkeeping, data accuracy, and administrative support. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily finance operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping functions including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records (AP/AR, journal entries, general ledger)
- Prepare monthly reports, summaries, and basic financial statements
- Handle petty cash and monitor company expenses
- Assist with payroll-related data collation and statutory submissions
- Support in audits, tax filings, and year-end closing
- Manage and organize all finance-related documentation in compliance with internal policies
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and other departments for invoice and payment matters
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative support
- Proven proficiency in bookkeeping and basic accounting practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero Accounting)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of local tax and statutory requirements is a plus
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
