Job Description : 1. Manage the entire payroll process, including the collection, verification, and processing of payroll data. 2. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll, including income tax, provident fund, employee state insurance, and other applicable labor laws. 3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring. 4. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company. 5. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Facilitate conflict resolution and support a positive work environment. 7. Assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting up evaluations and providing support to managers and employees. 8. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and attendance. 9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 10. Organize and coordinate training programs and workshops to support employee development. 11. Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2. Proven experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software. 6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 8. Willing to work at Lahad Datu plant.
