1. Social Media Management
• Plan and execute content calendar across platforms (XiaoHongShu, IG, FB, TikTok, WeChat)
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and social algorithms to optimise content visibility
2. Video Content Creation & Editing
• Edit short-form videos using 剪映 (JianYing) – required skill
• Assist in on-site shooting and behind-the-scenes documentation during events
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, music to enhance video performance
• Collaborate with the team to repurpose content into clips, teasers, quote cards
3. Content Strategy & Growth
• Propose creative campaigns to boost growth and visibility
• Help build personal branding of founders (CEO / speaker content packaging)
- Proficient in JianYing (剪映) or other Video Editing softwares for video editing – MUST
- Familiar with social media platforms especially XiaoHongShu / TikTok / IG Reels
- Creative, resourceful and up-to-date with latest social trends
- Able to speak & write in Mandarin and English
- Able to handle basic design work using Canva / similar tools is a plus
- Strong time management, can meet fast turnaround deadlines
- Work directly with high-level investors & entrepreneurs
- Be part of a growing influential real estate platform
- Learn firsthand about investment, property, and brand marketing
- Office located at Northpoint Mid Valley (strategic location)
Salary: RM3,000 - 3,500
