- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Process invoices/payment vouchers etc.
- Update general ledger on a regular basis, record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Tracking organization expenses
- Process payroll
- Minimum Diploma in accounting.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrates good organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
