  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST POSITION: CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD. seeks a CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes and milling machines. • Interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data. • Program and run live tooling operations on mill-turn machines. • Develop and optimize G-code programs manually and via CAM software. • Create CNC programs using Mastercam • Operate twin-spindle lathes for simultaneous front/back machining. • Write and edit G-code programs for lathe machines manually. • Use live tooling and Y-axis functions on mill-turn CNC lathes • Develop, modify, and optimize G-code & M-code for CNC milling machines. • Interpret and apply GD&T principles for complex part drawings. • Modify programs on-machine using conversational controls • Test CNC programs before full production runs and make adjustments if necessary.Execute drilling, tapping, reaming, and boring operations. • Machine complex 3D surfaces using multi-axis milling • Program coordinated milling and turning on multi-tasking machines. • Translate CAD files into CNC-ready code with full parametric control. • Analyze GD&T tolerances and apply them in setup and machining. • Perform precision turning, facing, threading, and contouring operations. • Mill complex profiles, pockets, slots, and surfaces with high accuracy. • Set tool lengths, offsets, and spindle speeds for optimum cutting. • Align workpieces using dial indicators and edge finders. • Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection using precision tools. • Program and run live tooling operations on mill-turn machines. • Create inspection standards for recurring parts or families. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including lubrication and coolant management. • Analyze grinding defects and implement corrective actions. • Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines, including lubrication and wheel changes. • Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents related to grinding operations. • Monitor SPC data for size variation trends • Ensure part cleanliness and surface finish per requirement. • Evaluate tool wear and make dimensional adjustments accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: The required skills for the position CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years in CNC LATHE MILLING Expertise in operating CNC milling machines. Ensuring CNC and lathe machines maintain accuracy. Ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs. Experience in 4-axis or 5-axis milling Ability to measure and maintain surface finish requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances. Maintaining wheel sharpness for accurate material removal. Knowledge of CNC controllers Experience with CAM software Experience with CMM
