  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION: PRECISION GRINDING MACHINING SPECIALIST CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD. seeks a PRECISION GRINDING MACHINING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Set up and operate precision grinding machines • Perform form grinding using profile wheels or CNC grinders. • Perform flat grinding with micron-level parallelism and squareness. • Program CNC grinding machines using proprietary controls. • Interpret and apply GD&T principles for complex part drawings. • Edit existing programs for part updates or tolerance adjustments. • Convert CAD models into grinding-compatible toolpaths. • Use 2D/3D CAM software for toolroom precision grinding. • Design wheel dressing paths using CNC cycles. • Convert manual setup sheets into CNC-compatible sequences. • Grind parts to spec ensuring clean zones for laser marking. • Design fixturing that accommodates grinding and laser stages. • Prevent heat-affected distortion from laser near precision ground surfaces. • Perform layout inspection with surface plates and gauge blocks. • Use plunge, traverse, and creep-feed grinding techniques. • Set up automatic grinding cycles on CNC profile grinders. • Ensure repeatable accuracy for production and one-off components. • Operate between centers and centerless grinders for shaft components. • Grind multiple surfaces in sequence to meet tight dimensional tolerances. • Use in-machine dressing systems for consistent wheel geometry. • Set grinding operations for minimal heat generation and thermal distortion. • Perform manual sparkout for optimal finish quality. • Validate all setups with pre-run inspections. • Utilize V-blocks, sine plates, and rotary tables for angular grinding. • Operate ultra-precision grinders with air-bearing spindles. • Follow toolroom grinding for mold, die, or tooling repair. • Monitor machine vibrations and correct balance issues in real-time. • Apply SPC and capability analysis to grinding processes. • Perform in-process gauging and mid-cycle adjustments. • Ensure that all grinding meets blueprint and CAD model requirements • Introduce and refine sparkout routines for precision. REQUIREMENTS: The required skills for the position PRECISION GRINDING MACHINING SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years in experience PRECISION GRINDING Advanced GD&T interpretation and application Technical Grinding Skills 5-axis and complex 3D CAM programming Fixture design for multi-face machining and repeat setups Multi-operation workflow planning Knowledge of CNC controllers Experience with CAM software Experience with CMM
