Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month FTC) – Fuel Growth Across Borders at Resmed | Based in Kuala Lumpur

Our Global Talent Acquisition team drives the hiring strategy behind our mission: to change the lives of 500 million people by 2030 through Sleep Health, Respiratory Care, and cutting-edge HealthTech for the home.

We’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Kuala Lumpur on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Your initial focus? Recruiting for Revenue teams across Australia – and possibly beyond – with impact across the entire APAC region .

You’ll need to bring the hustle, the smarts, and the global mindset to move fast, build relationships, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for high-priority roles in our commercial (Revenue), Engineering, and/or Technology teams across APAC

  • Activate smart sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines

  • Partner closely with business leaders and People partners to shape hiring plans

  • Deliver a standout candidate experience , from first contact to signed offer

  • Use market intelligence and data to advise, influence, and drive decisions

  • Be a true ambassador of our brand , showcasing ResMed to top talent in APAC and beyond

Who You Are:

  • A proactive recruiter with strong experience in high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments

  • Experienced recruiting across APAC , with a deep understanding of the Australian talent landscape

  • Confident sourcing for hard-to-fill, high-impact roles – you know where the talent is and how to connect

  • Collaborative and consultative – you can engage hiring managers as partners

  • You’ve worked in global matrix organizations and know how to navigate complexity

  • Bonus points if you’ve recruited in MedTech or highly regulated industries
