  • Monitor and prioritize maintenance tasks across the office or facility.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs.
  • Assist with preparing purchase orders (PO) for office furniture and workstations.
  • Oversee landscaping and pest control activities to ensure outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform basic plumbing and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
