- Monitor and prioritize maintenance tasks across the office or facility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs.
- Assist with preparing purchase orders (PO) for office furniture and workstations.
- Oversee landscaping and pest control activities to ensure outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Perform basic plumbing and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities or maintenance (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
