- Perform day to day general administrative tasks.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
- Monitor documents despatch and received.
- Record documents flow and filing.
- Liaise with related parties to get the job done.
- Keep the documents and data up to date - includes following up the documents from related party.
- Other jobs as assigned.
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantage
