You will play an important role such as: • As a key team member of the MSA Focus in a customer service-driven environment focused on resolving any software / technical problems. • Fully responsible for system design and support of the Company’s software. • Requires excellent customer service and technical support skills as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment in providing quality results. • Focus primarily on the company’s application for the external clientele base as well as internal IT Helpdesk client requests. • To ensure accomplishment of tasks assigned within the timeline given and advised on general system design, support and other technical matters where necessary. • Participate in business solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversion as well as special studies where necessary. • Review and perform analytical skills in system troubleshooting, quicker issue resolution to achieve higher customer satisfaction. • Perform Quality Assurance (both functional and end-to-end testing) to all releases prior to implementation. • Work closely with Project, QA and Development teams to review the product development and quality. • Ability to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner. • International travel on a frequent basis as and when required. Who are we looking for: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology. • Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience within a software testing environment. • Experience in the broadcast industry, while not essential, would be a benefit. • Experienced, driven and meticulous QA technicians or project handling will be an added advantage. • Good English skills, both written and oral are essential.
